Payment conditions and guaranteed booking:
Within 10 days upon confirmation of booking, a minimum of 30% deposit is due.
All payments via a credit card will be effected in BGN (Bulgarian currency) at the official exchange rate of the Bulgarian National Bank.
Failing to guarantee your booking within the above period, bookings will be invalid.
Cancellation of a guaranteed booking:
In the period 15.06. – 28.08. (inclusive) cancellations without penalty are made within 14 days before the date of accommodation. After this period, a penalty of 2 nights is payable according to the board.
In the period up to 14.06. (inclusive) and from 29.08. (inclusive)cancellation without penalty is made up to 7 days before the date of accommodation. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is payable according to the board.
In the event of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel and non-use of the reservation, the guest owes the entire amount of the deposit as a penalty.
Upon reimbursement of the amount paid, all transfer costs (bank charges, etc.) are charged to the client.
In cases of force majeure requiring cancellation or change of reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents and evidence. The reimbursement of the amounts paid is then negotiated.
Cancellation shall be confirmed in writing by the Hotel.
